Wichard ball-bearing pulleys are based on an original and innovative concept: 2 rows of lateral bearings allow rapid engagement at low loads and transfer of force at high loads to a solid, shouldered stainless steel hub on which the sheave rotates easily thanks to a self-lubricating ring moulded inside the sheave.
