Return procedure for products ordered online
Within the framework of the right of withdrawal, you may return all or part of your order placed on the site within a maximum period of fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the products.
You then have two options:
- Go directly to an AD NAUTIC store (list of stores).
- Return the product(s) via the online procedure below:

- Log in to your customer account
- In the "My returns" tab, click on "Request a new return"
- A returns slip will be sent directly to the email address entered in your account
- Print the return slip and insert it in your parcel
You can then return the product(s) to us at the following address:

As indicated in Article 5 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the return of products is at your expense and under your responsibility.
Only products returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with a return slip will be accepted. We therefore invite you to pack the products you are returning properly, and to use a parcel service with tracking.
Upon receipt of your product, and after checking its condition, we will proceed with the refund.
