Description
OWATROL D2 varnish is a high-gloss finish. It is ideally applied after D1 from the same range. It is particularly suitable for use on exotic woods such as teak and mahogany.
D2 varnish is useful for all work above the waterline on a boat. It is a tough, flexible film that avoids any risk of blistering, chipping or cracking. This clear varnish is fluid, so it never masks the original grain of the wood to which it is applied.
D2 is a product that offers a very intense, long-lasting and deep gloss. It equals the best varnishes and offers long-lasting protection for your boat. It has a covering power of 15 m2 / litre 8 to 12m²/litre and corresponds to thinner N°1. No sanding is required between coats.
This product should be applied to perfectly clean, dry wood. D2 should not be applied in damp weather or in the evening.
