AIS transceiver from Digital Yacht brand. High-performance Class B AIS transponder with Wi-Fi interface

Advantages

• The 10m coaxial cables are terminated with a mini FME connector that makes it easy to route cables since the connector is barely 5mm larger than the cable. We also provide appropriate TNC and BNC adapters for our transponders.

Functions and Technologies

• Works perfectly with navigation software and applications such as Navionics, Maxsea, iSailor, iNavX, Open CPN, Weather4D, TZ iBoat, SailGrib, etc...
• A Class B transponder requires a dedicated GPS antenna as well as a VHF antenna or appropriate VHF antenna splitter (all Class B AIS transponders must have their own GPS antennas and cannot share an antenna already in use).

Connectivity and Interfaces

• Easy installation and configuration (via web interface), secure WiFi network with password.
• Model with NMEA 2000 interface on the iAISTX+ model to broadcast AIS targets and GPS data on the NMEA2000 network.

Size and Waterproofing

• The GV30 measures only 190mm high and 75mm in diameter. Despite its compact dimensions, the antenna offers very good performance as it is specifically tuned to 162 MHz (which is the AIS frequency).

Kit Contents

• Supplied with an external GPS antenna (10m cable) for installation on any type of boat.
• The GV30 is a VHF and GPS antenna with two 10m cables. It is equipped with a standard 1-inch threaded base allowing easy mounting on a variety of brackets. The antenna is not supplied with a mounting bracket.

Usage Tips

AIS transmission requires declaration of the MMSI number with ANFR before use in France. Program the MMSI during installation.
