Description
Tercoo® is a disc that removes rust, paint, resins, varnishes, traces of adhesive, etc. It works on most materials: steel, iron, concrete and stone. The result is a stripped surface, with a state that allows the adhesion of a new coating. With Tercoo®, you get a clean and well-prepared surface.
How does Tercoo® work?
Tercoo® is a natural rubber disc fitted with 12 hard metal studs. These studs are mounted at an angle and are pushed outwards by centrifugal force. The nature of natural rubber makes the disc flexible, which generates a working effect similar to that of a sander. The metal studs strip the surface of dirt and adhesives, which become easy to remove. Unlike other tools of this type, there is no heating or friction. The nature of the surface does not matter, with Tercoo® the job is always done, and cleanly.
For drills up to 4,000 rpm:
Simple: suitable for small surfaces to remove paint bubbles, small traces of rust, etc.
Used with a drill at 2500/3000 rpm, these discs generate an orbital movement for a result similar to that achieved by sandblasting.
TERCOO discs are perfect for removing primers, resins, rust, etc... from metal and concrete surfaces. Several models: single, double and triple. Surface treated: 4 to 6 m²/h (single disc). Operating time: about 90-120 square meters. Fixing nut: 8 mm, diameter: 126 mm.

Use and safety:
Always wear protective goggles, gloves, dust mask and suitable work clothes
