Unlike the basic VHF antenna splitter, the SPL1500 DIGITAL YACHT is a zero loss certified active VHF antenna splitter for proper use of the VHF radio and AIS system.
Works with all Class A AIS transponders and receivers.
Supplied with a power cable, PL259-PL259 connectors and BNC / BNC connectors for easy installation (all cables are 0.75m long).
The splitter SPL1500 DIGITAL YACHT has three simple connections. One to connect the main VHF antenna and two outputs: one for an AIS receiver / transponder and the other for a DSC VHF radio. With zero loss certification, the SPL1500 ensures the best possible reception and transmission for all devices.
More importantly, the SPL1500 DIGITAL YACHT has a security feature that allows the VHF antenna to continue to operate if the SPL1500 is no longer working.
The SPL1500 DIGITAL YACHT is supplied with a power cable, PL259-PL259 connectors and BNC / BNC connectors for easy installation (all cables are 0.75m long). 12 or 24V power supply (equipped with 3 LEDs, the device displays if it is correctly powered and when the AIS or the VHF transmit)
