Humminbird PIRANHAMAX 4 / 4DI Down Imaging

The Humminbird PIRANHAMAX 4 / 4DI is a range of entry-level graphic echo sounders available in two versions: PIRANHAMAX 4 (classic 2D sounder) and PIRANHAMAX 4 DI (with Down Imaging technology). It lets you choose between a traditional sounder reading and a quasi-photographic vertical view of the seabed.

Using tips

Prefer the Down Imaging version if you're prospecting structures (wrecks, rock heads, sea grass beds), the classic 2D remains sufficient for traditional bottom and open water fishing.

Down Imaging Technology: shows you what's happening under your boat with a level of detail close to photography. 2D sounder function also available in 200 W. TA + T° 200/455 kHz probe.
