- For seawater, you must use an anode either in zinc alloys or in aluminum alloys.
- At equal amperage, an aluminum anode weighs three times less than a zinc anode, has a higher electronegative potential and pollutes less.
- Perfect for protecting aluminum hulls.
Features and Technologies
- They must be cleaned and replaced regularly.
- Warning: When worn beyond 60%, they no longer retain their protective capacity.
- For exclusively freshwater cruising, you should prefer a magnesium anode.
