Description
Nauti Pu wood glue from Soromap is a single-component, brown, liquid polyurethane glue. It can be used to glue all kinds of materials to wood, with good moisture resistance. It is also suitable for use on common boat parts where one of the parts is permeable and contains moisture, such as polystyrene panels.
On drying, this glue expands wherever the parts are not perfectly joined.
'Nauti Pu' wood glue is impervious to moisture and immersion, making it a good filler and sealant. It is packaged in 250 g bottles and is also available in 750 g bottles.
This product will keep for 12 months in its closed packaging, in a cool, dry place at between 5 and 25°C.
To apply 'Nauti Pu' wood glue, the materials to be joined must be dry, clean and free of grease. A slight dampening of the surface should accelerate the polymerisation of the glue and therefore its ability to fill and adhere.
The 'Nauti Pu' wood glue should be applied to one of the surfaces with a brush or fine comb, then the two pieces should be held tightly together for at least 3 hours. For cleaning, use ethyl acetate or MEK.
