• At equal amperage, an aluminum anode weighs three times less than a zinc anode, has a higher electronegative potential and pollutes less.
• Perfect for protecting aluminum hulls.

• They must be cleaned and replaced regularly.
• Warning: When worn beyond 60%, they no longer retain their protective capacity.
• For exclusively freshwater cruising, you should prefer a magnesium anode.

Usage Guidelines

Inspect annually before each use. The anode must be replaced as soon as it has lost 50% of its mass.
