This digital multimeter can test the voltage between 200 mV and 600 V, in alternating and direct current. It has a liquid crystal display with backlight. Dimensions: 138 x 69 x 31 mm.

Regarding the battery, a normal charge is around 13 V. If the voltage shows 12.5 V or less, it is time to recharge the battery.
