Wichard ball bearing pulleys use an original and innovative concept: 2 rows of lateral bearings allow rapid engagement at low load, and at high load the forces are transferred to a solid, shouldered stainless steel hub on which the sheave rotates easily thanks to a self-lubricating ring moulded inside the sheave.
