The AIT6000 is Digital Yacht's new Class B+ AIS transponder, and the most complete on the market. It retains all the features that made the AIT5000 such a success: certified zero-loss integrated VHF antenna splitter, 5 W AIS transmission, NMEA 0183 and USB interfaces , while introducing several major innovations :

Among these, the integration of exclusive SPAIS&trade, (Satellite-Processed AIS System) technology represents a real leap forward. This technology optimizes AIS transmissions so that they are perfectly matched to satellite reception, offering navigators a superior level of marine tracking capability, particularly useful for offshore sailing or areas with poor land coverage.

The AIT6000 also features an integrated NMEA 2000 multiplexer. This enables the WiFi interface to simultaneously broadcast AIS, GPS, NMEA 0183 and now NMEA 2000 navigation data, without the need for any conversion.

Thanks to its new WiFi interface, your tablet, smartphone or PC can be transformed into a complete navigation system. Better still, the AIT6000 doesn't just receive information: it can also send data from navigation software and applications to the NMEA 2000 network, facilitating integration between your NMEA 2000 network and your navigation application/software.

The AIT6000 also features a new, intuitive web interface with integrated navigation alarms. Thanks to this interface, you can configure CPA/TCPA alarms and many other parameters for safer, more personalized navigation. Alarms created in the web interface can be transmitted directly to the NMEA 2000 network or to an external buzzer, such as Digital Yacht's NavAlarm, offering total flexibility in onboard alert management.
