AD FIDELITY General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use
1. General Principles – Purpose
The “AD FIDELITY” loyalty program (“the Program”) is developed and managed by INTERMER (“the Company”), with a share capital of €185,895.00, registered with the Tarascon Trade and Companies Register under number 334 871 621, whose registered office is located in St Martin de Crau (13310), ZI du Bois de Leuze, Rue Denis Papin.
This Program is intended for customers of stores that are members of the AD NAUTIC network. The list of participating points of sale is available on the website : https://www.ad-nautic.co.uk.
The purpose of the Program is to allow customers to benefit from offers and advantages based on purchases of eligible products made in AD NAUTIC stores or on the website :

These general terms and conditions define the conditions for subscribing to the Program as well as the rules governing its operation.
Any Customer wishing to subscribe to the Program must read and accept the Program’s general terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are available free of charge in AD NAUTIC stores or on the website :

The Company reserves the right to modify these General Terms of Use at any time. The latest version of the General Terms of Use applicable to the Program is the one available on the website https://www.ad-nautic.co.uk.
2. Terms and Conditions for Subscribing to the Program
Subscription to the Program is completely free of charge.
Subscription can be completed directly at one of the Points of Sale participating in the Program or on the website https://www.ad-nautic.co.uk. The Point of Sale will register the Customer in the Program by collecting the necessary information directly from the Customer to enable identification. Subscription to the Program can only be recorded and validated if the information provided by the Customer is complete and usable. Any incomplete subscription request cannot be processed.
There is no physical card. On the day following registration for the loyalty program (D+1), an email or SMS is sent to the Customer to confirm their registration and their consent to the processing of their personal data within the framework of the Program.
Registration for the Program is strictly personal. Only one loyalty account is issued per natural person (same first name and last name and same email address or mobile phone number). This loyalty account is non-transferable and cannot be assigned. It cannot be sold or exchanged and is under no circumstances a means of payment.
3. Program Operating Rules
3.1 General Principle
The Program is a points-based loyalty program.
It allows the Customer to accumulate points generating vouchers, discount coupons or commercial offers (“Benefits”) calculated according to purchases made based on a list of eligible products (excluding promotions).
Products eligible for the Program are those for which a number of AD Fidelity miles is displayed in their product sheet on the website https://www.ad-nautic.co.uk.
Accumulation of points requires prior identification of the member at each purchase by linking the purchase to their loyalty account. In-store, identification is possible by providing the Customer’s name, email address or mobile phone number. Online, identification is possible by logging into the customer account.
3.2 Accumulation of Points
Customers accumulate miles (Points) according to the following scale :
€1 including VAT of purchase = 1 mile (on eligible products only and excluding shipping costs, promotions, and workshop services).
Validated miles become available on D+1 for purchases made in-store, except in the event of technical unavailability. For purchases made on the website, miles become available on D+1 after the order has been shipped.
In the event that products are returned by the Customer, the miles related to the returned purchase will be deducted from the Customer’s total loyalty points.
Miles cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Intermer SAS, as well as AD NAUTIC and AD Corner stores participating in the AD Fidelity program, reserve the right to reset the subscriber’s loyalty account to zero and/or terminate the loyalty program in the event of non-use.
3.3 Loyalty Voucher
For every threshold of 300 miles accumulated on the loyalty account, a loyalty voucher of €15 including VAT is credited to the loyalty account.
This loyalty voucher can be used exclusively in AD NAUTIC or AD Corner stores participating in the AD Fidelity program, as well as on the website https://www.ad-nautic.co.uk. This loyalty voucher is non-transferable and cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
Loyalty vouchers can be used in a single transaction, with no minimum purchase amount. They cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or sales. No miles are earned when using the voucher.
Once the voucher is issued, the corresponding miles are deducted from the loyalty account.
The customer is informed of the availability of their voucher by email or SMS (provided that their email address or mobile phone number is known and that they have consented to receive communications).
Its validity is determined by its issue date:
- Valid for 6 months if issued between September 1 and January 31
- Valid for 3 months if issued between February 1 and August 31
3.4 Other Benefits Related to the Loyalty Program
Regardless of the number of miles available, the account holder may occasionally benefit from certain advantages. These will be indicated in AD NAUTIC or AD Corner stores participating in the AD Fidelity program and/or on https://www.ad-nautic.co.uk.
Additional miles may be awarded without any purchase obligation on certain exceptional occasions.
3.5 Real-Time Consultation of the Customer Account Balance
The number of points and vouchers earned can be viewed in the “My Loyalty Area” section of the website https://www.ad-nautic.co.uk, provided that a customer account has been activated.
The Customer may also consult the balance of their loyalty account upon request at any Point of Sale participating in the Program.
4. Duration – Termination – Non-Compliance with the Conditions
Subscription to the Program is for an indefinite period. The Customer may terminate their registration in the Program at any time either directly at one of the Points of Sale participating in the Program or by sending a letter to the Company.
The Customer must ensure that all acquired Benefits are used before terminating their registration. Once the termination takes effect, the Customer automatically loses the benefit of any acquired Benefits that have not yet been used.
The Company may also decide at any time to terminate the Program and therefore the Customer’s subscription. In this case, the Customer will be informed through notices displayed at the Points of Sale and will be invited to use all current Benefits before the Program expires.
5. Personal Data
The information collected in the store is necessary for the creation and management of the Customer’s loyalty account. If this information is not provided, the loyalty account cannot be created and the Customer will not be able to benefit from the loyalty program or receive the associated commercial offers.
Other information collected makes it possible to better understand the Customer and improve the offers and services provided within the framework of the loyalty program.
Use of the loyalty program results in the collection of data relating to the Customer’s purchases.
These data are used exclusively for the management of the loyalty program and for statistical purposes.
The collected data are kept for a maximum period of three years following the end of the commercial relationship, except where legal archiving obligations apply.
The data controllers are the Company and all Points of Sale participating in the Program.
The data are collected on the basis of the Customer’s consent in accordance with Article 6.1 a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
These data are intended for all Points of Sale participating in the AD FIDELITY loyalty program, as well as for service providers and subcontractors selected for the management of the loyalty program.
The Customer undertakes to immediately inform INTERMER and/or the Point of Sale where the loyalty card was activated of any change to their personal data. Updates may also be made on the website https://www.ad-nautic.co.uk.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 GDPR, the Customer has the right to access their data, the right to rectification or erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the collection of their data.
These rights may be exercised by sending a request (by choice) and providing proof of identity :
- directly at the Point of Sale participating in the Program

The Customer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
