Glomex VHF antenna configurator - Step 3/4 connector
Step 3/4 of the Glomex VHF antenna configurator is the selection of the PL259 connector designed to connect the coaxial cable to the VHF (and possibly the antenna). It ensures electrical and mechanical compatibility between the selected cable and the VHF.
The right cable + connector pairing preserves signal quality and limits transmission losses.

Using tips
Prefer a gold-plated connector for exposed installations (deck, shroud) to limit corrosion. Always seal the connector with a protective sleeve (additional step in the Glomex range).
