Description
All the information you need to make informed decisions:
-Includes GNX Wind, gWind™ Wired, GNX™ 20 instruments and Airmar® DST810 probe
-The GNX Wind and GNX 20 instruments feature an easy-to-read monochrome LCD display
- The gWind Wired probe features a 3-blade propeller and benefits from a dual fin design
- The DST810 smart through-hole transducer provides water depth, surface speed and water temperature data. It also detects the tilt of the boat to generate heel/trim and pitch/roll data.
-Wireless connectivity to devices equipped with Bluetooth® technology allows calibration of the DST810 probe directly through the Airmar Cast app
-Simple 'plug-and-play' installation between Nexus® devices, Garmin chartplotters, the NMEA 2000® network and USB connectivity
Analyze wind and water
The GNX Wind Wired Sailing Pack contains all the equipment you will need to analyze the sea and the wind.
GNX Wind navigation instrument
The GNX Wind gives you the wind data you need to make informed decisions. It has an easy-to-read monochromatic, bonded-glass backlit LCD display. You can even change the backlight color. It also interfaces with the NMEA 2000 network to display two data fields and a digital wind rose along with apparent and true wind data, directional data, boat speed, and more. Since it consumes low power, 350 mW day without backlight and 400 mW night with medium backlight level, it is particularly suitable for use on board a sailboat. 100% customizable user profiles allow you to configure the screen layout to your preferred settings. Screen configurations include over 15 important marine parameters for wind, speed and navigation. It can also connect wirelessly to a quatix® 3 connected GPS marine watch via ANT technology to stream wind data directly to your wrist.
gWind Wired Probe
The gWind transducer features dual fin technology with 3-blade propeller which allows for more accurate measurement of true wind speed in very light breezes, and the dual fin design provides a more stable true wind angle. The 3-blade propeller, unlike propellers with cup, is always efficient. Combined with an optical reading, this probe provides extreme precision when the wind is weak and also excellent linearity.
Navigation instrument GNX 20
The easy-to-read GNX 20 navigation instrument display with black numbers on a white or colored background clearly displays depth, boat speed, water temperature, and more than 50 boat and marine environment parameters. Its screen with bonded glass and the anti-reflective coating of its lens provide excellent readability day and night, with high-contrast digits measuring up to 36 mm.
Airmar DST810 Through Hole Smart Sonde
The DST810 transducer combines depth, speed, and temperature data with boat tilt data to provide heel/trim and pitch/roll information to the NMEA 2000® network and GNX 20 instrument. multi-sensor probe works up to 100 m (330 ft) and emits a fast 5 Hz signal to calculate water speed. It operates at 235 kHz and has a 10 x 44 degree fan beam. In addition, wireless connectivity to devices equipped with BLUETOOTH® technology allows calibration of the DST810 probe directly through Airmar's Cast app. Advanced speed calibration allows calibration at different heel angles and speeds.
1 Requires an additional orientation sensor.
